Vasquez Marshall Architects is at the forefront of design support technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integrated Product Delivery (IPD).

BIM allows our designers to design in an intelligent 3D environment and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients. From early design concepts, to graphic representations, and through the construction phase, BIM technology improves the visualization, coordination, and flexibility of the project.

IPD integrates and encourages interaction between the design team, contractor, and user from the beginning of the project through its completion. By providing a foundation for a more collaborative project paradigm, IPD can streamline the project cost and efficiency while producing a more effective product.
